At The Home Possible Project, we believe in creating a future where adults with developmental disabilities can live in supportive, inclusive environments. Our flagship community residence in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire is the cornerstone of this vision—a place where residents will find independence, stability, and a lifelong home close to their families and friends.
To bring this vision to life, we are launching the “Building Dreams” Capital Campaign. This campaign aims to raise the funds needed to build a state-of-the-art community residence that offers 12 individual studio apartments, shared living spaces, and a nurturing environment tailored to each resident’s needs. The total cost of this project is expected to be $4 plus million dollars.
